Banshee - The Angel In The Sound (Initial Thoughts)

I was sick most of last week so I haven't listened to this song yet, not even on Release Radar. My plan for the next 20min while I wait for my bus (+during the 45min bus ride, etc) is to watch this music video and write this post about it, and then start listening and writing about last week's Release Radar to finish and publish last week's Weekly Recap, and then go to today's Discover Weekly and start writing this week's Weekly Recap. Might have to continue tomorrow, but anyway. Just a little update.

Initial thoughts after seeing the video
It's a pretty song. The idea behind it isn't opening to me right away, but I'm pretty sure there is one 😄
Her voice is very angelic and pretty, which supports the premise, suits the song title. The pretty bell sounds suit it as well. She seems to be working her way through feminine mythical creatures - banshee (Birth of a Banshee), witch (Fuck With a Witch 1 and 2), fairy (Fairycore), siren and mermaid (Sirencore, Birth of Venus, music video for Get Me Out of This Club). And now angel.
Angels are not pretty little protective figures, though, like they're often predicted in art. They're God's soldiers.
The video's a typical Banshee video. Low budget independent video. Low graphics, intentionally low graphics - black metal style. I liked the skyline, we were high up on some rooftop or balcony, getting that angel's point of view.

Lyrics (from Spotify)
I'm pretty sure this is another siren or some other mythical water creature, or maybe a deity. They talk about hearing an angel and setting them free. Before the angel, they didn't feel like they belonged in the world and so they kept creating their own worlds and escaping into those. But when they rescued the angel, the angel reminded them that there are good people in the world, too, that they shouldn't shut out from it completely.
I think the whole premise is metaphorical. "Creating worlds" is kind of a double. On one hand, it's a mythical creature who doesn't belong in the human world, and physically creates their own worlds to escape to, then hears an angel in distress and rescues them, and the angel reminds them that the world of humans is not all bad and that the deity/siren/whatever shouldn't shut down from it completely.
On the other hand, Rachel Knight (Banshee) is a human being. A fucking huge amount of her songs deal with the ugly side of humankind, mostly bad men doing bad things. (From this point onward, this is just guesswork, idk much about her life.) So, she shuts down from the world, creating her own worlds through her songs. She's an independent artist and works alone, so she doesn't have to step outside into the world at all necessarily. The world treated her badly and this caused her to see it all in a black and white manner - outside world bad, inside world good. Until she found an angel - a good person (a friend, a lover?) whom she rescued and who then taught her to see the good sides of the outside world. It's not all black, there are shades of gray there.
If my interpretation is correct, I'm very curious what her next song is gonna be about. Will she go back to the ugly sides of humankind or is this a turning point?
