Spiritbox (Three Song Listen)

Before the Three Song Listen I've seen the singer performing her vocals on a YouTube video and heard & liked the song Rotoscope.

I'm going to listen to Rotoscope again, and then some of their most popular songs on Spotify: Circle With Me with 29 million streams and Holy Roller with almost 25 million. Next one has 15 million, so these are definitely their most popular ones.

Rotoscope

Beginning reminds me of Poppy - metal infused into pop. Then it slowly grew a bit heavier in the second verse, and went back. It's nice. Very radio-friendly metal. No wonder they're so popular. But these screams are REALLY good. Radio metal screams tend to be a bit... meh. But not this band. It's catchy, but also heavy.

Circle With Me

Her cleans are great as well, btw! This song is slower than Rotoscope, but there's still some screams. The subgenre is hard to pinpoint... Heavy metal? Symphonic metal? Nu metal (with pop, not rap)? Metalcore? Progressive metal? So, in conclusion, they're alternative metal. Song is "all over the place", but cohesive at the same time.

Holy Roller

A bit heavier, some industrial influences... Her screaming vocals are so pleasant to the ear... <3 I like how diverse their songs are. Within a song, but also between songs.

In conclusion: They're a great band. They have their own unique thing and that certainly helps them to stand out. And their talent as well - she is one of the best modern metal vocalists I've heard, especially when it comes to diversity (how many different kinds of sounds can one person make). Their thing doesn't match my thing exactly, so I'm gonna leave my journey to their music here - for now.
